I LOVE MONDAYS! And Bikram Yoga is HOT.

I use to feel like crap on Monday mornings. It was a time of remorse and recovery. Definitely not a day for sweating it out in a hot yoga studio. But since I no longer drink alcohol on the weekends, and am eating a healthy vegan diet of fresh, raw fruits and vegetables I am feeling really super.
